Millennials Care About Spiritual Issues

Recent research reveals that millennial non-Christians have greater spiritual curiosity than older adults.

According to the Barna Group, which “provides spiritual influencers with credible knowledge and clear thinking, enabling them to navigate a complex and changing culture,” millennials (individuals born between 1982 and 2004) report many more faith conversations or even evangelistic encounters than older non-Christians. And, their favored method for exploring faith is a one-on-one conversation with a Christian (53%), something only one-third of older non-Christians prefer (32%).

Millennial’s personal experience with evangelistic methods compared to older non-Christians, include tracts (45% vs. 26%) and  encounters with a person either at church (35% vs. 19%) or on the street (30% vs. 16%).
